Background about this Event.. This is a fund raiser for our Club's Winter Park-Fraser Valley Rotary Foundation which allows our Club to support the 2 good causes of ShelterBox USA also the Fraser Valley Elementary School. Half of the proceeds from this event will go to Shelter Box USA (which is working hard to provide much needed shelter & relief in Haiti in the form of Shelterboxes in the form of tents and other supplies so quake victims can have someplace to stay with dignity until more permanent shelter can be constructed) And the other half will go to teachers and students at Fraser Elementary--two important causes for our club. And, if you can't make the event, please consider a donation to our Foundation so we can give tickets to people who might not be able to afford them otherwise. Simply make out a check to: "The WPFV Rotary Foundation" and send them to us at P.O. Box 1226, Fraser, CO 80442. Ticket Info.. Tickets can be purchased at Beaver Village Lodge, Grand Mountain Bank, the WP Chamber, and the WP Ski Resort too. Tickets are twenty dollars a piece and $25 at the door on the day of the show. For a $40 contribution you get two tickets and for a $100 contribution you will get five tickets. This is a triple play.. you get a tax donation, someone gets a free ticket, and the money goes to two great causes. Parking Info.. As the event is being held at the Winter Park Ski Resort base area in the West Portal Station Building (which is at the north end of the base area.. FOR A MAP OF THE BASE AREA CLICK HERE ) parking is available at the North Bench parking lot which requires a walk across the bridge, or the Village Parking Garage by the Cabriolet which requires a stroll thru the village. Also note that you must be 21 year old or older to attend as there is an cash bar at this event. About the Performers.. For the show, the Club has booked 3 comedians for your entertainment from Comedy Works, Denver's premier Comedy Club since 1981!
