Rotary Celebration: Winter Park Club’s 2nd Annual Aniversary

The following bid is based on information given to us:
-     April 11, 2008 – April 14, 2008 for 1 to 2 nights of lodging
-     Beaver Village Condominiums: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units
-     Sawmill Station Town Homes: 3 and 4 bedroom units

Group Lodging Rates:

--     Beaver Village Condominiums – Select units with free wireless, all units offer a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace & deck or patio.  The clubhouse has a large indoor swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna!
o       1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit for up to 4ppl       = $ 90.00 per night
o       2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for up to 6ppl       = $ 130.00 per night
o       3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for up to 10ppl      = $ 170.00 per night

--     Sawmill Station Luxury Town Homes – all units with lovely mountain décor, 1700 sq feet, private outdoor hot tub, private 1 car garage parking – tri-level town homes.
o       3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit for up to 8ppl       = $ 200.00 per night
o       4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit for up to 10ppl      = $ 250.00 per night

Rates listed above do not include taxes/fees of 13%.
