Book
Donations to
the Fraser Library
The WPFV Rotary Club began a book sponsorship project soon after it was chartered which honors the speakers who appear at our weekly lunch meetings by benefitting readers who use the local library.
Books donated in the speakers honor that bear book plates with the speaker's name and the Rotary emblem. Titles available at the library thanks to the project include a wide variety of works, from poetry to fiction to history, with such titles as The Worst Hard Time: The Untold Story of Those Who Survived the Great American Dust Bowl by Timothy Egan. So far a total of 43 books have been added to the library's collection. Our club has built quite a collection of books for the library--many of which are award-winners.
