The Rotary Foundation: Creating a World with Mutual
Respect Among All Faiths, Races, and Cultures
- A world half-sick will never be a world at peace.

November is Foundation Month. Here is some information
about the Programs of Rotary International Foundation.
- RI Foundation programs fall into three major
categories: Polio Plus, Humanitarian Programs, and Educational Programs.
- Polio Plus is Rotary's priority program to support
global efforts to eradicate polio.
- Grants to fund club and district service projects are
the major form of Humanitarian projects. These include community
assistance, disaster relief, peace programs, 3-H (Health, Hunger and
Humanity), and other grants.
- Educational programs provide funding for students,
faculty, and young professionals to serve abroad. Examples of these are
Ambassadorial Scholarships, Group Study Exchange (GSE), Rotary Grants
for Teachers and Rotary World Peace Scholarships. Find lots more at the
